Very expensive! Food is ok, chicken is better than polo tropical but similar and way more expensive

First and last time. Styrofoam plates and plastic silverware. They didn't even give me a Styrofoam cup to drink my soda! Very limited variety of dishes and no good at all. Being a franchise, this location is VERY BAD, in food and service. To be a franchise this is the worst. The one in Plantation is the best.Food: 1/5

I been buying the chicken because is good even if the price went up and they charge you for the sauces but the new personal works there doesn’t know how to fix and resolve a true complaint and treat a client . So the green rice I order and is not cheap and not free either and was part of my child dinner to go order was not fully done some of the rice was not cook and we feel it ! Not even good flavor too ok but not fully cook? And she said the rices was ok so I’m lying ? … my son love this rice and couldn’t eat it and my family either. I call and they ask ME how I want to resolve this ? Really?Or I can go back again right the way to pic a a new rice .No thank you . Thumbs dow ?? so disappointed. Not only check your order tried before you get home !

I used to like this place but not only did prices go up but the portions got extremely smaller! I ordered a simple meal of fries and hot dogs (known as salchipapa) and the adult portion was so small I had to return it! Almost $10 for a very small and simple meal! Truly sad since I used to enjoy this place!

Do yourself a favor and ask hayden as your server !! he took the time and told us all about the menu. very attentive server. i would go back for him !!
