Mcdonald's - Pompano Beach

Most incompetent and lazy employees i’ve seen in a Mc Donalds. They are sending most drive-tru vehicles to the front of the store to wait. Waited 15 mins for a single quarter pounder. Saw at least 4 waiting at once. Ordering inside was also slow, app said order ready, went inside, had to wait a long time just to get an employee’s attention to retrieve it since they don’t put the orders in the counter area. Manager is there but not keeping things on track, just focusing on a single employee for some reason.

If you absolutely need to go a McDonald’s, make this one your last resort. How does a #7 “meal” on the menu that shows fries next to it, don’t come with fries, is it there to look pretty or something? Like just say you charged me for the wrong thing and didn’t want to fix it. Then going to charge me for a shake I didn’t ask for and have the nerve to ask if I want a refund like if I didn’t want it, I would’ve obviously been drove off. Then just taking drive-thru codes for nothing, it’s not like they actually did it right for the points to actually go on my account. I would’ve used my receipt but they asked for it to issue my refund and I forgot to ask for it back. Anyways, you live you learn.

Sometimes they are very fast but if it's the overnight it's slow

Taylor was friendly and extremely helpful. She was really kind when I had to place custom orders at the counter.

Much better than it was prior to the renovation. Vanilla shake and fries were pretty good.
