Panda Express - Pompano Beach

The lines can be quite long, but they manage to take care of everyone. I'm just here waiting for some freshly made food. This place has never let me down by running out of items without informing me. This is why I give them 5 stars. I’d much rather wait 10 minutes for fresh food than have them serve me something pre-made because they didn’t want to cook. Keep up the great work!

Considering how busy this location can be, the staff really does an exceptional job. I’ve seen many reviews claim they are rude and lack customer service, but since it's a fast-casual spot, I believe they perform admirably in getting people in and out. Every time I go, there’s a line at the door, yet I always know what I want, which helps speed up the process. The food is just as expected; I typically order the bowl with roasted rice and orange chicken, which I enjoy consistently. They also serve the food quite quickly. I have no complaints; diners should know what to expect when they come to place an order. Maybe knowing this enhances the experience, but overall, it’s fast food.

Jay Taiga is amazing! The customer service is fantastic and everyone is so friendly! They also served us a generous portion! It's definitely worth the trip! Highly recommend!

Better than other places related to food. Not sure what's wrong with her AC. The process must be improved.

This is my first time trying this store. I ordered through door dash and it came quickly. I?ve heard great things about this restaurant, but I was totally disappointed. I ordered the walnut honey shrimp with chow me in and fried rice and two spring rolls. It was flavorless. Portions were smaller than expected. I received a very dry entree and two spring rolls with no sauce. Unacceptable
