Rc Carribean - Pompano Beach

The food is consistently excellent, but I often struggle to get my order. I love their salmon and rice, but nearly every time I've ordered it, they've had to call me to say they're out of salmon for the day. This has happened almost every time I’ve tried to order. The chefs are great, but the management leaves much to be desired.

I had a disappointing dinner experience. The DoorDash driver stated they received two bags, while the restaurant owner insisted they provided three bags. After all the back-and-forth, the food ended up cold. I wish my husband had a law license in this state to help sort this out! Either the driver got a free meal, or the restaurant didn’t deliver what was ordered and wouldn't take responsibility. I ended up getting a refund and moving on, but since the issue was never resolved, I wouldn't recommend ordering from this restaurant. Also, I suggest avoiding deliveries with Alexis.

The portions are enormous, and the food is fantastic! I would love to order from here every day, but I have to be careful not to gain too much weight. Highly recommended!

The flavor was spot on, but when I requested my dish without skin or fat, they served me just a few small pieces of pork and increased the price.

If you haven't tried RC yet, you're missing out! The food is consistently excellent. My wife loves it just as much as I do. However, my biggest complaint is the wait time. You really need to improve on that. Even when you call ahead, it's not unusual to wait around 40 minutes for your food, even for a to-go order. We put up with it because the food is great, but I urge you to work on this issue.
