Wendy's - Pompano Beach

I'm really frustrated with this restaurant because every time I place an online order, they confirm it, but by the time it arrives, they are already closed—even though their hours say they're open for another 30 to 35 minutes. As a business, it's important to serve customers until closing time. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, or I may have to escalate it.

Store says open until 1am but at 12:35 they were closed and my online order I made at 12:02 was never made lazy staff no work ethic at all corporate needs to address this issue

Go somewhere else unless you like unfriendly employees. I don't know who hired these people. Honestly, this place sucks even when one sets their expectations low, they still can't meet them. We had to ask for napkins and we got ONE PER PERSON! Then they ran out of spoons so I am eating frosty with a fork. Ratchet and low level skilled employees working there. And the cashier literally had her fingers inside of our cups while she was filling it up. Something tells me I shouldn't be dining with this particular location anymore. I'm going to follow my intuition.
