Kessa's Coffee - Ponderay

Dirty carpets, broken windows, Wi-Fi that doesn't work, host that seemed bothered that we were checking in. Needs a good coat is paint and some make up keeping. Considering this hotel is in a popular area, I would have expected better

Very poor hotel. Extremely dated. Booked online and denied any mil or AAA discount. Rugs in hallways are loose and pile up forcing you to step over they are dated, discolored and a safety hazard. The fridge in the room had a horrible smell. The ice machine is permanently shut off. The staff offer no solutions and are almost insolent. The towels are worn out. This may have been a nice place 40 years ago but ... The breakfast sausages were floating in oil and the eggs barely above room temperature. We asked the staff for a receipt and they argued with us!? Stay somewhere else.

Overall nice. Lodge look so not boring. Decent breakfast included eggs sausage waffles bagels oatmeal fruit juice coffee. Biggest beef was ice machine out of order for 2 days. I really need this for fruit and beverages when I travel. Would have given higher rating otherwise.

Don't stay here! Their plumbing is really BAD! The water in the shower changed from cold to REALLY hot without me touching anything! Almost got scalded because I couldn't get out of the stream fast enough. The next day I tried again and they had run out of hot water probably because they were doing laundry. Told the manager and didn't even get an apology. Don't stay at the Days Inn in Ponderay, Idaho!
