Tim Hortons - Ponoka

We waited for more than 30 minutes for a single breakfast wrap. The restaurant seemed to prioritize the drive-thru customers over those dining in. Several groups of people had to wait almost 40 to 50 minutes for their food. The service was very poor.

The new employee working the night shift is fantastic - quick, courteous, and serves up delicious coffee. Everything is on point and satisfying....consistently positive experiences when he's working. I truly value it.

The staff is friendly, the restaurant is not too crowded, the food is good, and there is ample parking. I would recommend this place to everyone.
