La Fiorentina - Ponte san nicolo

This restaurant is a wonderful taste of Italy in a very homely environment. The fire of the oven is very welcoming as you walk in. The food I had was excellent and perfectly cooked. The staff are helpful and very proud of their restaurant and they should be. Top marks from me. The menu is a little limited as most have said but what's on it is wonderful. I will definitely be coming back if I'm in the area.

Excellent meat... and service.... menu a bit limited but if u are looking for an original bistekka fiorentina.....this is the place to be.

Small room with few covers, open kitchen, warm and welcoming where you feel at home thanks to the kindness of the staff. I ate a carpaccio that was fabulous, melted in the mouth. I also tasted both Florentine and threaded and both were really exceptional, quality meat and perfect cooking. In with four carpacci, a plate of lamb ribs, a Florentine from about and a nice fillet, mixed contours, house wine and drinks, sweets and coffee price on average. I'll come back to try some other things.
