Singkawang style Yam Mie (Noodle). The texture of the noodle is really beautiful, it is really good. The taste of the broth and the overall taste is similar to other Yam mie decor, but the texture is really outstanding.

Best noodle in Indonesia. Not too salty, nice broth. Not for people who like salty food. This is one of the healthy but still very yummy choice for non hallal noodle lover.
