California Fried Chicken And Pizza

Used to visit CFC all the time in my 20's and I'm not sure if it was always this bad or has gone downhill. The fried chicken was dripping in grease, the coating was slipping off and the smell coming from it wasn't good. This review would have been a 1 if it wasn't for my garlic, ham and mushroom baguette and the chips. Those were OK. Won't be going back here

Ordered online for delivery. Chicken kebab was full of grease, tasted slimey and had a long hair in it. When contacting them to complain they advised they would send someone to pick up the food. That was Saturday and food was never collected. When I called them again it was like talking to a brick wall, threatened them with food standards agency, they told me to go ahead. I called the FSA 9am on Monday morning and a complaint has now been filed. This company do not care about their customers.

It took more than an hour for our food to arrive, and when it did, the pizza was overcooked and tasted bland. The fried chicken was terrible, and the staff had to put it in the microwave to warm it up. We will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.

The restaurant displays one price on their menu board above the counter, but when questioned, they insist that the prices on their leaflet are correct. It feels like a scam. Additionally, the kebab was bland and served cold.
