Applebee's Grill - Poplar Bluff

I was only with an Applebee twice, but my experience was great every time. The food was good and affordable, and the staff so attentive. The decor was also beautiful. I liked the corner stand where we were sitting. It is definitely a great place for a family or a friendly dinner.

You know when you hesitate to go somewhere and you probably should have went to the other place. That's how it went tonight customer service was okay polite but very slow played waited a lot for menus drinks and check. The food came out pretty quick though it was good and enjoyed it it was probably the better part the dessert tasted that is great. Also when you add loaded potatoes that cost you $2 more just a note. So if you get that feeling about going somewhere else go there first. Overall not too bad but not the best

We can in for a girl's day. It took the bar tender forever make a drink. Quiet honestly I was there for 45, mins before the bar tender made my drink. And the waitress came up and told me she kept forgetting..... There were maybe four other tables in the whole restaurant. It took them almost 1 hr 30 mins to bring our food out. The food was good. It was warm, not hot but warm. I got the fiesta lime chicken and three cheese chicken penne. The pasta was perfect and cheesey and chicken was great. The last time I ate here the wait was horrible as well, and my fiesta lime chicken was Burt to a crisp. And I mean actually black, hard burnt. This time, it was cooked right but you can tell it had been sitting under the warming lamp too long. My tortilla strips were rubbery, and soggy....they out waaaayy too much of the lime sauce on top of the chicken. And as usual the rice was flavorless, dry, and rubbery. But all in all it was alright.

We placed a curbside pick up. I ordered sirloin steak which was delicious. Husband ordered fish and Chips, but there were no chips in the order. Didn’t realize it till got home. It would be nice if people would take the time to double check orders especially for curbside pick ups.

We had a party of 11. Our server was great. She was the best! The food came out at the same time and no mistakes. We all really enjoyed it.
