Beautiful experience in this small bistro that obviously has focused 100% on the quality and exaltation of local raw materials. the smoke trout with pine nuts and elicris sauce was my favorite dish, but it would be limited to mention only one dish. the wine card is to be perfected by including, in addition to the sauternes, some aromatic vines (gewürztraminer and malvasia on all) that I think would be better centered with the degotation menus. it would be interesting to combine with the degotation menus also a degotation of matched wines. still memorable dinner.
