Moshi Moshi Japanese seafood

Booked dinner via this app. When we arrived restaurant claimed there was no booking. Wasn’t handled well. Clueless.

Food is tasty and fresh, and nice environment, but service in not proactive. The staff tend to wait behind the counter and don’t actively check in on tables (such as to replenish drinks, ask if we need anything). Also, we weren’t advised the feed me menu wasn’t available at the time of booking, only once we’d arrived on the day and without apology. That’s not a good way to build customer loyalty.

It is difficult to give a rating for Moshi Moshi this time because when we arrived at our reserved time, the restaurant was closed. Our previous experiences have been good, but it is concerning that they were accepting bookings for a time when they were not open.

I really enjoy dining at Moshi Moshi. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are very kind. I can't wait to come back as soon as possible.
