Fresh Wok - Port Angeles

We ordered the family meal D and their best-selling appetizer, the cream cheese wontons. Unfortunately, the pork fried rice was overcooked, and the sweet and sour chicken was excessively dry. The cream cheese wontons had been cooked for so long that they were almost painful to bite into. Since it was during the pandemic, we opted for delivery to our hotel. We requested silverware but received none, and there were no napkins either. When I called to address the issue, the staff member said she wasn't sure what to do and asked if she could call me back because another line was beeping. I genuinely felt sorry for the next customer. Although we enjoy visiting Port Angeles, we will not be returning to this restaurant, nor will we recommend it to others. The customer service was terrible, and they wouldn't even take back the significant amount of leftover food we had.
