Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken

The shift supervisor, Brock, should not be in a leadership position given his lack of customer service skills. When I visited KFC recently and placed an online order, they informed us that they were out of chicken, so we only had the option of chicken tenders. However, KFC ended up cutting up a chicken sandwich for our tenders without notifying either me or my wife. To make matters worse, we didn't receive our biscuit or fries with our order. When I called the store to speak with a manager, Brock told me he was the manager. He wasn't very friendly and responded defensively when I explained that my order was incorrect and that we had received a chicken sandwich instead of the tenders.

The food was greasy and unappetizing. I didn't think chicken could taste this bad!
