The Empossible Eden Cafe - Port Angeles

This breakfast was so delicious that we tried twice on our 5-day trip (unfortunately they were closed for the second time). The cinnamon pancakes were incredible, definitely try one if you like cinnamon rolls. The staff was also friendly and welcoming that made for a great start in the morning.

Really impressed! Family I were visiting from out of town. Staff was friendly. Food was great! Pancake came out a bit early without a complaint or mention, the owner comped out entire meal due to what she said “was an experience below her expectation”. Cinnamon Roll Pancake Stuffed French Toast were wow items. I would add this to a must visit every time someone comes to Port Angeles!

Our first visit to this fabulous place it won't be our last. Tiny little spot, definitely the little home town Cafe so many of us love! He had biscuits n gravy and I had the #4. Everything was so good! Eggs were perfect. Gravy is awesome but does have sage, some might not love. French toast was excellent too and THEIR COFFEE IS SOOO GOOD. Fresh and almost as dark as my soul. It really tastes like coffee, not the brown water most places serve. Pricing is EXCELLENT. Breakfast for two including coffee and a hot cocoa (which was yummy too) cost $31 before tip.

I love Impossible Eden so much I had to write an updated review, 2 years after my first. Impossible Eden is a GEM of a breakfast place! Breakfast is usually $10 or less a person and the quality of food is unmatched. Not to mention everything is named after local places to the Port Angeles area. Impossible Eden is a small place, but it feels homely in there, the kind of cozy that feels like breakfast at grandmas!

I had breakfast this morning and a wonderful veggie omelet, loaded with fresh veggies, and home fries, nice and crisp--the way I like 'em. And at a great price! I will visit more often.
