Arid Lands Botanic Garden Cafe

For a light meal or coffee, consider visiting the Arid Lands Botanical Garden Visitor Centre. The gorgeous view adds to the enjoyment of your food and drinks. The staff is friendly and the coffee is delicious. Don't forget to check out their gift shop for locally made items.

We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with generous portion sizes. The setting was stunning and we would highly recommend this place. The cappuccino was also very well-made.

What a fabulous hidden gem. Had no idea this place existed. As a visitor to Port Augusta I was taken there for lunch by a friend who resides here. She couldn't have chosen a better location. The vegetarian options were numerous and tempting. It was...a well thought out menu with further extra dishes displayed on a specials board. I'm thinking of doing lunch there again tomorrow before driving back to Adelaide. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a truly pleasurable experience.

Set in the visitors centre, this café has a range of eats and drinks set within the Arid Lands Botanical Garden. While there shop for arts and crafts or souvenirs or plants that like these conditions.

The coffee was good and the vanilla slice was lovely. Our table looked out to the garden and it was very peaceful. The lunch menu was reasonably priced and the staff were friendly.
