Domino's Pizza - Port Clinton

When I visited on Thursday, there were two staff members working. The place was clean, and they were friendly.

Great staff. They did miss a few items. 2 orders in a row. Although they did make up for it still highly recommended

The food was tasty, but the delivery times could definitely use some improvement. Additionally, there is no option for dine-in at this location, despite Google suggesting that it does. We ended up ordering takeout from the restaurant and had to wait an hour for our food.

The online ordering process was straightforward, and I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of coupon options available. What really stood out to me was how busy the restaurant was after the 7/3/22 fireworks. When I arrived a few minutes early for my pickup, I initially thought the order tracking wasn't working; I received confirmation for my order but hadn't received any follow-up via phone or website. Upon arrival, Thomas greeted me with a smile and a courteous hello. After I provided my name, he professionally informed me that my order was running a bit behind schedule compared to what was promised online. Another female staff member was also friendly and apologized for the delay. I didn’t mind the wait at all, as it was evident they were busy, especially since I had searched online to find a kitchen open after 9 PM. Their sincere and friendly customer service was a refreshing find, especially since it has become increasingly rare in Port Clinton - whether at chain or local restaurants - since COVID started. I had called three other places before Domino's to check their hours, and two of them were unhelpful and curt when I inquired about their operating hours, while one didn’t answer at all, despite being marked as open online. As we left, I peeked into the boxes, thinking that while the customer service was commendable, the food might be underwhelming. To my surprise, the pizzas were excellent, loaded with a generous amount of toppings - and the extra items were actually present, rather than just being a charge that left me wondering where the extras were. The wings were unexpectedly some of the best we've ever had, definitely saucy and flavorful. I also ordered pasta mostly as filler, but I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the food.

We had been craving some Dominos. We just settled in after two long days of football camps and ordered a nice stack of pizzas chicken wings. I am pleased to say the food was excellent. We didn?t honestly expect it to hit the spot like it did? but it wasa home run. The order was correct. The care and attention to detail by the store and our delivery person was fantastic. Verypleased. Highly recommend.
