Moe's Tap and Grill - Port Colborne

This restaurant is not handicap excitable. Very hard to get a walker or wheelchair into. There is also stairs inside.

Arrived at moes in Port Colborne , stood at the door for a good mins waited to be seated or for someone to acknowledge saying seat yourself , but no ! We found a seat . Took literally minutes for the waitress to...bring menus or anything . Finally we ordered . Pizza and wings . Took another almost hour and minutes to receive the food it came out wrong , considering our family was starving we didn’t return it because we did not want to risk waiting another hour for the correction . Just unacceptable for a Friday night . They are more concerned about the regulars and the people at the bar then anyone else .

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. The patio only had about tables and inside other tables just sat down. As we walked in the server seemed disappointed that she had to serve tables. She disappeared and went behind the bar and asked the...people at bar if they all wanted a second beverage...totally ignored tables. She went and complained to another female that didn't seem to care at all either. It was over minutes before a menu was presented. All fried food basically. All condiment containers and sugar bowls, etc were empty on the tables. The table beside us ordered coffees and they had to walk up and ask for spoons and sugar and cream! At this point we got up and left. Based on the menu and attitude we decided to just not even attempt to stay. Not sure how this place stays open as servers definately don't want to work and it clearly shows. Don't bothere wasting your time even going here.

Went to Moes Sept on way to theatre in PC and could NOT have been more disappointed as my friend said don't go there.I ordered a wrap which was passable but salad very limp and my wife ordered a slice pizza ordered...thin came out thick not cooked through and tasteless with an order of the SMALLEST under cooked wings we have ever seen mediocre service overpriced a one and Done David T

Was not a fan beers were cold pizza was cold as well i did not like this place much but a friend told me it was good but for beers only ............
