Quesada Burritos Tacos - Port Coquitlam

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I have quite a few dietary restrictions and the main one is canola oil therefore, I go to quesada often because I can have a very simple burrito bowl here. I just went to this location and left feeling judged and ripped off. Not happy because when I asked for extra tomato, onion, etc she barely gave me any and said she should charge extra. I get more of everything else because I can’t have any of the sauces, meat, rice etc. They didn’t charge extra thank goodness, but if I didn’t say anything, she probably would have. I’ve gone to this location before and they’ve never said that but I mainly go to the Maple Ridge one and they always pack my bowl full and never charge me extra or comment on what I’m getting. Don’t think I’ll ever be returning to this location or if so, I’ll keep it to a minimum. I’m a very polite person and soft spoken and she made me feel quite unwelcome.

Honestly my worst experience going into a Quesada the lady was rude and tried to overcharge me while giving very little servings I had practically no guac in the container still got charged for it) and then on top of all that while eating my food I found a hair ?

Not bad but Much Burrito does it way better. Bigger burritos, more sauce and flavour over there for the same price. This burrito is lacking but the ingredients are decent. Prob won't be back.

I went to this center on Sunday, June 24, 2023. There was a lady sitting on the left side of the reservation section. She was very rude, disrespectful, and rough with us. She gave us the wrong receipt three times for the $85 payment we made. Each time she entered something wrong, either the name, the doctor's name, or the amount, without even a simple apology. Then when I mentioned that there should be some apology from her side for making me come back and forth four times, she just said no! Goodbye! They are truly ill-mannered and unethical, and I really don't understand why the responsible person for this center doesn't have any supervision over the unpleasant behavior of the reservation officer.

Good easy location to go! The staff was very nice, efficient, and offered suggestions that were useful. My kids love churros. We all like the Beef barbacoa and fresh ingredients. For the portion and flavour, it’s an affordable price. Great place for dining overall !!!Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly environment.
