The Chopped Leaf - Port Coquitlam

Although the staff appeared to be still learning the menu, since the restaurant has just opened, it was understandable. I ordered my favorite salad with the goddess dressing (which is the best!) but found that it was a bit light on the dressing. However, when I asked for some extra, they cheerfully provided me with a selection of all the vegan dressings, along with additional goddess dressing, which was a nice touch! I would love to see more pre-set vegan menu options in the future. Overall, it's a great spot for a healthy salad brunch or snack, especially since this area is a bit lacking in other vegan-friendly options compared to Vancouver. Highly recommended for nutritious, tasty, and fast!I have been going here for about 4 years, it's consistently great!! Fresh veggies/salad/wraps, tasty healthy dressings, plenty of variety, yes, it's a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Sheila and her staff have warm, friendly, glad to help you attitudes which makes going here a joy!Keep up the great work and attitudes, appreciate it!

Nothing special, nothing to make this place unique, no reason to go back. Food was mediocre, not impressive flavour and the service on the cashier was low than average. Sheila maybe had a bad day, like mad or not wanting to work but not rude, just bah. This is a fast-food kind of place they do not have service to your table but ask for Tip while paying the bill, thats not right. In any other restaurant you can get more of everything (welcoming friendly and tasty food) for the same budget. Definitely a place which does not gives any experience at all.

I have been a loyal customer of CL for a long time, usually choosing a wrap. However, I've noticed a decline in their quality recently, and today was the last straw. I ordered a Bangkok salad but couldn’t get it with the usual dressing because they substituted it with a spicier version, so I had to opt for a different one. The total came to $23, including tip. Are you serious? At this point, it feels like they’re just taking advantage of customers. The salad contained only 51 grams of chicken and a handful of veggies. The noodles, which used to be full, were now a soggy mess. I will never eat here again.

I frequently visit this place for their quesadillas and sandwiches, and they are always delicious. It's a great option for a quick bite that doesn’t make me feel guilty about my food choices. I highly recommend it!
