Írjon visszajelzéstHonestly don’t work at this location. The management is extremely unprofessional. They fired my sister OVER TEXT, and are currently ignoring her calls to ask why she was fired. Not only that but my sister had called a couple days previously to being fired and asked what shifts she had. They told her that she had 3 shifts. THEN when she went in for work today they told her she wasn’t on the “punch in-punch out” computer and to ask management, all management said was quote “Hi _____, in regards to your position, our management team has come to the conclusion that it is not a good fit for us. We wish you the best in your future endeavors. Please return your uniform at the earliest convenience.” What kind of company fires a 16yr old, over text. THEN continue to not answer phone calls when asked why. Wow tim hortons, that’s very professional of you. I know about your contract and firing someone without notice within the first 3 months, but without a reason at all? That’s the lowest i’ve ever seen. I fully understand this is a private issue but you fired a 16 yr old over text for no reason whatsoever. So you don’t GET to be comfy. NOW, I wish you the BEST in your future endeavours.SINCERELY,an actual human with emotions
I went through the drive-thru to order a farmer's wrap without meat and extra chipotle sauce, but I received no chipotle sauce. It's frustrating when people don't pay attention to their orders, so I won't be returning to this store. I recommend driving by instead of using the drive-thru.
Order ice coffee no ice got half a cup ask them to fill it up as they always do at any other tims they said they did not know what i mean anyway to cut corners dont go
My experience at Tim Horton's on Peter St., Port Hope has generally been positive, but today was disappointing. On Monday, August 7, 2023, I arrived around 3:07-3:10 pm and it took until about 3:15 pm for our order to be taken. One of the employees was extremely rude to me for no reason. I don't know his name, but he had dark brown short hair, a small brown mustache, and was quite thin. I ordered a large black coffee with 3 creamers and 1 sugar on the side, but I quickly confirmed that I wanted it just black. The employee responded in a very loud and sarcastic tone, claiming he knew what a black coffee was. This was not the first time I had received a coffee with cream and sugar when I asked for black, so I was just trying to avoid that mistake. Additionally, we had to wait for someone to take our order as there were several employees on take out and none on the front counter. When the employee finally came over, there was no apology for the wait, just a rude attitude. It felt like we were an inconvenience to him, and his behavior was hurtful. I realized that I had encountered this same employee before and he had never been friendly. Overall, the service was disappointing and left me upset, affecting my ability to enjoy my coffee and meeting with a friend. If the employee doesn't want to be there, perhaps it's time for him to find a different job.
Not 1 even BIG ZERO , I ordered Dark Roast regularly and can't taste any coffee it's all cream!!!
