Carl's Jr. - Port Hueneme

The service was extremely disappointing. The drive-thru cashier was very rude! I apologized several times for forgetting to request no whipped cream on my shake, and her response was that I should have remembered to tell her. I even mentioned that I didn't mind if she just removed it instead of making a new one, but apparently, that was too much to ask. Additionally, asking for a straw for my shake seemed like a crime to her. When we ordered triple burgers, she only gave us doubles. When I pointed this out, she simply said, "That's too bad," and shut the window on me, never to reopen it. As a result, I ended up overpaying for something I didn’t receive while dealing with her unhelpful attitude about the one item that was partially correct.

Very disappointed with this place. Very hot day I go through the drive thru and order a large glass of ice for my dog no water or drink just ice and a large soda for myself. Anyway they charged me for two drinks 7 bucks Hey I can understand if I got twodrinks. I declined the ice. I have no problem paying for the cup. But paying full price! Every single drive thru andconvenience store has given my dog a large glass for free this is the only time I was charged for a drink without the liquid.Guess they don't care much about animals.

Hours are wrong for the lobby printed on the door and reported by the store online 2 weeks ago. Doors locked at 9PM, staff was super rude about it, and blew me off when I complained in the drive through.

I’m giving an extra star because the girl at the drive-thru was friendly. However, I ordered just one item – a double cheeseburger with no onion – and instead, I received a double cheeseburger with onions, and I didn’t get a receipt.

I usually enjoy Carl's Jr, but unfortunately, my recent experience wasn't great. The lettuce in my sandwich appeared old and wilted, and while the fried zucchini was served piping hot, the onion rings were cold.
