Chipotle Mexican Grill

Awful service. I called in an order at 5:45 for a pickup at 6:10. By 6:25, my food still wasn't ready, so I waited in line and placed my order in person much faster. The rice was hard, and they only had one type of vegetable available. The staff member seemed too lazy to get more. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.

The service was good, but the food was served cold, and the restaurant is not well-maintained. Food: 1/5.

The staff appeared disinterested and seemed to have little motivation to be there. The garbage was overflowing, and all the tables and chairs were dirty, as if they hadn't been cleaned in hours. The soda station was unkempt and unpleasant, with missing flavors and products. I won't be returning to this establishment. Food rating: 3/5.

Literal chimps could do a better job than the people who work here. LOOK AT THIS BURRITO. There was literally a mistake in all 7 of our orders, from deformed burritos to missing ingredients that we paid extra for. This was the worst it has ever been, and this place is no stranger to making mistakes with the food. They are consistently awful, and it 's embarrassing how many chances we 've given this place.

I've been to many Chipotle's on Long island that were great, this one is a really bad. I ordered 2 meals and received half full bowls and burritos. This on is less than a mile from my house.I'll go elsewhere for my takeout!
