The Waters Edge - Port Macquarie

The restaurant has a wonderful location and offers good prices. The staff and facilities were excellent. We visited during the winter and outside of peak hours, so the restaurant wasn't crowded. The pool was a bit too cold, but we were granted a free late check out for our anniversary.

Yesterday evening, we dined at the Water's Edge restaurant located in the same building as our hotel. Despite our initial doubts, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to both hotel guests and anyone else in Port Macquarie.

I ordered several dishes and everything was delicious. The Halloumi and watermelon salad was especially amazing - I enjoyed it three times during my week-long stay.

On an overnight stay decided to dine at motel stunning flavors with slow cooked lamb with just enough spice with perfectly cooked veggies the scotch fillet cooked to perfection with again perfectly cooked veggies.

Have stayed and eaten here several times and never been disappointed. Very comfortable, within a stones throw of the heart of Port Macquarie and very reasonably priced. Enjoy!
