Írjon visszajelzéstMy Mother-In-Law bought my wife a cup from this Starbucks that had a deformed lid. She didn't notice and when we received it, it leaked terribly. I went to swap it out for another one and directed us to customer service and that they couldn't help me. They then sent me to another Starbucks, the location on mile hill, and told me they could only replace it. I did a whole lot more to get this cup replaced and after more running around and calls to Starbucks customer service over the phone I gave the cup back to my MIL. She walks into the the store and they immediately replace it no problem (without receipt). Bias on the employees, to be honest, and quite disappointing. I guess they just will only do it for certain people.
I was the only person in line and there was no one in front of me. There were 3 girl baristas. Chelsea and McKayla were two of the girls. I ordered and also asked if I could buy/ get some water because I was really thirsty and said quite clearly that I was feeling I’ll. The girl serving me pulled a medium cup for the water and I asked for a large cup because I was extremely thirsty, saying and that I’d pay it. I once again told the girl helping me that I felt I’ll that I felt like I might pass out.There was no sense of concern or urgency. She did not go get the water or ask one of the other two to get the water. I was asked my name and I gave it. While I was paying the girl Chelsey was making fun of my name that I had given to the first barista and the first girl told her to stop. So I waited at the other end of the counter for the water and the coffee. I was the only person there waiting. MacKayla washed down the counter in front of me waiting for the coffee to be ready. When the coffee was ready she gave me my coffee but no water. Chelsea walked over to MacKaila and they started carrying on a long personal conversation laughing and giggling. I was still waiting for the water that I quite frankly needed. After what seemed like a few minutes, I interrupted them and by now I’m fed up and my intonation was abrupt, saying excuse me can you get my water, I ordered water. MacKayla was abrupt back. I guess she was responding to me in kind. I asked her her name because it was not visible on her while she was getting my water. To say the least this was not a very pleasant experience! My husband and I buy coffee here at this location several times ever week and have done so for years. Answer me this: Who in their right mind wants to experience service like this? Do you expect that customers who are treat accordingly will want to keep coming back?

Best starbucks in kitsap county. All the ladies here go above and beyond for there customers. Coffee is always perfect always have amazing recommendations for new drinks to try and my daughter loves chatting with all of the ladies
Waited 10 mins to figure out they messed up my order..and it's not even good on top of that..get it together.
