The Boat House Restaurant - PORT ROWAN

We ate outside and it was nice Service was good. The perch was great and cold draft was refreshing. The lettuce pieces in the salad were too big to manage and the broccoli was over cooked. But overall enjoyable experience.

Average place, Noisy, dark, wood chairs, no cushions. Basic food. Has a bar also. Bit slow in service. On the harbour but no view.

Point Rowan has a limited supply of restaurants! The boat house offers both out door and return indoor! Enjoyable marina to stroll after the meal

The restaurant has nice location and the terrace has a nice view to the lake. The food is just ok. The French fries and fried seafood platter suggest that the oil in the kitchen is reused over and over again, most likely more than it should be reused. It is a good place to sit for the view, but not all that great for food.

We stop in every time we venture to Port Rowan! Great food, good menu, won't break the bank! Great service! Pleasant surrounding and a view of the water. Plus, there is a good place to get out with the dogs for a bit, sheltered areas.
