Burger King - Port St. Lucie

This restaurant deserves a flat-out zero stars, but unfortunately, I have to give it at least one. The service was terrible; I was completely ignored by the blonde woman at the drive-thru window when I attempted to order. I had to go through the drive-thru because they had closed the inside at 10:30, despite their posted hours stating they are open until 11. On another occasion, when it was a bit busy, they asked us to park so they could bring our food to us, which really shouldn't be necessary. We ended up waiting for 15 minutes, only to have to go inside and wait another 5 minutes while they tended to other orders.

I ordered two sandwiches and specified how I wanted each one. Unfortunately, both came with way too much mustard—enough for three or four sandwiches! I've started to notice that fast food restaurants often provide service that's far below expectations. This needs to change; customers deserve to receive exactly what they request when they place their orders. Plus, while their prices haven't gone down, why should the quality of service?

I frequently have issues with my orders at this restaurant. I ordered two double choppers but received two double cheeseburgers instead. I’ve also been paying for the sauce that I never received. I would recommend avoiding Burger King and going somewhere else.

The slowest workers with the ugliest holdings, even not their order right, no matter how easy it is. I really feel like working here u need to exist the dumbest person, or it just won't waste time or the geduld because I never mad at fast food workers, but they showed me another level of stupidity

I’ve come here for the past two months and every single time that I come the milkshake machine is always down. This is literally like the 10th time. I’ve even gone to other Burger Kings and they always say it’s down. This is unacceptable. Whenever I was talking to the lady she said a piece was missing and then whenever I pull up there’s really not a piece missing your employees don’t know how to put it back together. Kinda ridiculous. Teach your employees so they can actually do their job correctly. Makes me not want to come here anymore
