Finistere - Port Townsend

Amazing food! We ordered both the multicourse menu and the dishes from the small dish menu were particularly amazing. Fantastic, supported service .. would recommend and return defiant.

We went to dinner last night and got the tasting menu. Our drinks were delicious and the food was lovely. The chicken liver mousse was very creamy and tasteful, our pasta was perfect al dente with a delicious combination of locally combed mushrooms and buttery lardons, our duck was a wonderfully braided bone duck with creamy polnta and for dessert, the best cream brulee I had in a very long time with two excellent Macaroons. Perfect way to finish the night. Thank you, come back!

Restaurant Finistere is not the end of the country it is heaven on earth! So happy is this incredible restaurant here in Port Townsend. I had an Oyster Epiphany tonight, followed by 3 excellent courses. Congratulations to Deborah and Scott to realize your dream and share it with us.

Excellent quality food in a simple and beautiful environment. Also very attentive service. We ate oysters, deviled eggs, duck breast with Patsnip and Rhubarb, and Guanciale and English peas bucatini. Great meal in a beautiful place.
