Spice Indian - Port Vila

This Indian restaurant is beautifully decorated with a wide variety of dishes on their menu, including an extensive selection of vegetarian options. The owner/manager was very knowledgeable about the food and accommodating to vegan dietary needs. We dined here multiple times and enjoyed the fresh and flavorful dishes. The lime juice was particularly refreshing after a stroll in the humid weather.

I really enjoyed the samosa at this restaurant, but unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the eggplant and potato curry that I ordered. My friend thought the chickpea curry was just okay. The servings of curry are very large, so I recommend sharing one between two people.

There are plenty of vegan choices available at this restaurant! The staff was happy to make substitutions and provide recommendations. The food was incredibly tasty and the service was very friendly. While there are not many vegan options in Port Vila, I would still choose to dine here frequently. I am excited to return soon.
