Great Wall Express - Portage

I'll give it 3 stars because the food is always good, however my experience after picking up my food was quite disappointing to say the least. When I got in my car after receiving my food, I noticed my hand was wet. I also noticed the bag was a little wet. Not thinking anything of it, I pulled off and drove home. When I went to grab my bag out of the front seat, I grabbed it with 2 hands because of the wet spot on the front, lifted it up and to my surprise EVERYTHING IN THE BAG FELL OUT THE BOTTOM. Whomever the brilliant employee was that decided to put a pint of SOUP in the bottom of the bag and then shove 12 ragoons in 1 container and place it on top of the soup along with a pint of rice is a stupid. The ragoon box was so heavy it cut through the lid on the soup and it was slowly leaking out. I ended up loosing the whole pint of SOUP in my front seat. Then I got to get my egg rolls that where next to the soup in the bag and the bag riped from the weight of the egg rolls because the bag was soak with soup and they landed right on the floor. Y'all need to use PLASTIC BAGS FOR SOUP. And learn how to properly stack food in a bag.

I love this place! The food is always delicious, the gentleman behind the counter is always polite. Thank you for making every experience a great one!

The food used to be really good. I usually get the orange chicken. Much of it was so chewy, it was almost inedible. Not just once, but the last few times I ordered it.

Let's just say I spent $15 for crispy orange chicken which wasnt even crispy and beef fried rice. Took a couple bites and immediately threw it in the trash because of how awful it was. And to have it instantly make me sick. Don't recommend

Not only was the Gentleman behind the counter speaking exquisite English, his manners and behavior were beyond polite and accommodating. I received the best Eggroll I have ever had the pleasure of eating from this establishment today. Not only that, but the General TSO Chicken with its sauce was delicious. Crab Rangoon was excellent too.
