"Unfortunately, everything we ordered arrived cold, and we had to send the beef back to be reheated. The waitress suggested that if anything was too cold, we should let her know, and she would take care of it, but it felt like most of the meals were simply reheated precooked dishes. The polenta dish was flavorful, but the Tye-ig mushrooms also tasted like they had been pre-cooked. The barramundi had an unpleasant fishy smell and didn’t pair well with the rest of the plate. The mussels we received were served cold, which came as a surprise to us. It’s possible the kitchen staff was having an off day, but overall, our experience fell short of expectations and was quite disappointing."

The dining experience was fantastic, and the service provided by the young girl—whose name I unfortunately did not catch—was excellent. Many restaurants could take a cue from her outstanding hospitality.

We enjoyed an outstanding dining experience on Saturday night, complemented by a selection of quality wines. Both the beef cheeks and the mushroom with truffle ragu were superb. The portion sizes were generous, and we found the prices to be very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for a more sophisticated meal at pub prices.
