Hartz Chicken Buffet - Porter

The staff started closing at 8 PM and I arrived an hour before that. They were very rude when taking my payment. When I asked a question, or even when I apologized for being a bit far into the restaurant, one of the ladies rolled her eyes. Then she began to talk about how foolish I was in Spanish. Little did she know that I am Hispanic myself. I just didn’t want her to spit in my food because she was laughing with a group of friends.

The best Hartz Chicken I've experienced has been at this location in Porter, Texas! I've been a loyal customer for years. Definitely skip the New Caney restaurant.

It felt like a comedy show behind the counter, with the two girls constantly laughing. There was no ice cream available, and we had to specifically ask if chicken had been put out on the buffet. The dining room floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The garbage cans were overflowing, and the bathroom was in such poor shape it resembled a horse stable. An older lady was working in the kitchen and brought out some food, but there were only six customers present, providing no excuse for the lack of cleanliness.

The chicken was terrible it tasted as if it sat under the lamp for several hours. There were really only 4 pieces in there that were actually fresh, the rest of them was kind of dried out. I'm not going back to the store.

OMG ?..... The food was Absolutely Delicious ??????????. I got there just as the staff was setting up the buffet, so everything was extremely fresh, hot amazing delicious. The Staff is the Best. Will definitely visit again when I town. ??????????
