They like to make their own hours here. Sorry, we closed at 9. Sorry we closed at 8:15. Sorry we closed at 7:30. After driving all the way across town cause they're the only one that is supposed to be open.

I went through the drive through yesterday before work, and ordered a dirty chai iced latte. Got to the window and the girl just handed me a drink after I paid, didn’t go over what it was or verify and ended up giving me some other customers drink! Who ever Emily was that placed a pickup order I hope they were able to fix your order. Very frustrating as this isn’t the first time I’ve ended up with a completely different drink and I couldn’t go back to get the correct order as I was going to be late for work. Please make sure you verify the order you’re giving someone before they pay. Would save a lot of issues and headaches. I was out $8+ for a drink I didn’t order or want.

Felizan made this Starbucks a wonderful location to visit. Also, this is one of the very few Starbucks which do not burn their beans. My Americano was delicious. It tasted as if they had poured milk in it awesome!! Thank you! :

The service here is terrible. I go through the drive through once a week. It’s my little treat for myself.It’s already at 6 dollar coffee. And the workers make a pretty decent wage. Asking for a tip on a credit card is a pretty bold thing to be doing anyway. Well the same drive through girl gives me the biggest attitude problem after she turns the little key pad. She was purposely rude. I’m paying with a card, and you’re asking for a tip?!? When did this happen. U don’t ask for tips. You should be happy to get one for exceptional service. You give me my drink and not even a smile and have a nice day. No she just gives me attitude. And her entire demeanor changes when I hit NO. This morning I had cash to give for a tip, but after seeing her attitude and the way she treated me, I did not give her the tip. It is always the same girl. I ordered the drink at 7am this morning and it has been bothering me all day. I used to go here once a week and I will never be back to this store or maybe any Starbucks ever again.
