New China - Porterville

When I went there was 3 waitress nobody got our plates or refills only seen one tall skinny girl that would go around while these others just talked . And the boss is very rude .

The Buffet has its quality's, some are the fact. That it never really changed it's look, Still reminds me of when my late grandmother would take me and my younger sibling to eat out some times, the food is way better that the other buffet there in porterville. also the vibe is really good as well, keep doing your Thing new china you rock.

Due to my recent gastric bypass surgery, my ability to consume food has been greatly restricted. If I eat too much, I risk not being able to keep it down. Unfortunately, on this particular day, I experienced difficulty keeping my food down and urgently needed to use the restroom. However, I was unfamiliar with the restaurant and did not know where the restroom was located. I approached a woman who appeared to be a waitress and asked her for directions. To my dismay, she responded rudely saying to me Don 't ask me and pointed me towards another waitress. I attempted to ask the second waitress, but she did not hear me as she was walking away. I then approached a third waitress who was standing in a different part of the restaurant. She kindly directed me to the restroom, which happened to be on the opposite side of the restaurant from where I initially asked the first waitress. I barely made it to the restroom in time to avoid an accident.

Few days ago o pick up my food and since I’m left I’m sick ? I think I got Covid because of them so please watch up before you go they already mess with my health ???

Most of the food tasted good, There was two waitresses, who were both preoccupied, maintaining the buffet that they were unable to offer customer service or refill drinks.If they turned on a couple more lights and added another worker or two, I think it would be a lot better.
