The Best Kebab - Porth

Amit the owner is a very hardworking person with a very good reputation for business and the food is outstanding every time... must go to for food everyone

I orderd southern fried chicken from the best kebab ....... IT CAME BACK RAW!!!! After I told the shop what mistake they made they refused to give my money back.... so now I’ve taken it to food standards where hopefully they will take further action because I’ve had people come to me on my fb post about them it’s happened to them too ... this takeaway place is diabolical... I will Never .... NEVER order here again I could have gotten seriously ill and they couldn’t be bothered to send back a £16 refund .... shocking

Absolute disgrace of a business, my partner nearly chocked on a clump of hair in her food, called the restaurant to discuss the matter was told nothing they could do and they hung up. I called back again and advised that I'd like my money back for this, I had photographic evidence of the hair, nobody in my household has this colour hair. And they said what do you think we are a charity shop laughed and hung up again. I called back a third time and he was very violent down the phone and threatened to not call back again and hung up once more, I have already reported Just Eat, Trading Standards, the local council for food hygiene and safety and requested that the business needs a review. Absolutely disgusting, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!

Nice food,overpriced in my opinion. Compared to my last review. New management not bothered on helping as I enquired about the cost of my order. Will never visit again.

Absolutely the worst meal I have ever had. I can say disgusting , from the kebab meat like strings of undiscribable I don't know what, chicken so dry , I can't eat it , waited an hour for meal to come 1 mile, I think the reviews must be false or are people full of sh__ ? Don't bother wasting your money I am so angry I feel like chucking the food back on their counter but I better not go there or I won't be responsible , so food in bin , never again oh and food stone cold!!!!
