Banh Mi Up - Portland

I absolutely love this meal. It is very unique and delicious. It comes with a large side of cabbage Slaw/Salad and a delicious sauce that is fantastic (I always ask for extra sauce).

I ordered the Vietnamese coleslaw and the vegan black bean vermicelli noodle bowl as my sides. Both dishes were delicious and fresh, with a hint of spiciness to them.

The standout dish at this restaurant is the vegan Pig Bell sandwich! It is a must-try and truly unique. My partner also enjoyed every bite of the tofu Bahn Mi sandwich.

The garlic noodles are generous enough to share between two people and received a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The pork belly bahn mi also earned a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. The garlic wings were tasty, but fell just short with a rating of 4 out of 5.

The vegan pork belly bahn mi and butterfly pea tea with passion fruit are amazing. The other pho, rice dishes, and bahn mi are also good, but I might just go vegan again if all vegan options are this delicious. Fresh and flavorful, you can't get vegan pork belly like this anywhere else. Head over to Bahn Mi Up for a treat!
