Burgerville - Portland

It must be fantastic; there were six cars in front of me, and we didn't move for five minutes!

Honestly, Burgville is the best! I've been to a few other places, and while they aren't bad, none can compare to this one. The restaurant's design is beautiful, and the food is exceptionally moist. I've been coming here for about a year now (and I know that might not be the healthiest choice), but I just can't get enough!

This is the only fast food restaurant that actively encourages tipping. Personally, I think it's better to allow customers to choose whether or not to tip. As for the prices, they are pretty high. While the food is tasty, the steep prices are off-putting. Moreover, I'm not impressed with how they manage customer complaints.

Fantastic service! They were uncertain whether the drink I ordered, a Coke Zero, was correct, so they went ahead and made a new one. This was really important to me as a diabetic!

I ordered eight cheeseburgers, but they mixed up my order and only gave me five. I was still charged for all eight, which was disappointing. Typically, their service is much better than this.
