Chit Chat Cafe - Portland

Had a friend for Boba and snacks. The employee answered questions quickly and accurately. The drinks are made with milk. My friend got the green onion pancake and they came crispy and delicious.

I was here a few times a week when they were on the PSU campus. So glad to see them reopened at this new location. Great Boba, really great food and friendly service. The new location has a lot of fantastic outdoor seating.

I love this place! The food is delicious and the teas are addicted. I come here at least once a week and it's never dissapoints.

The first genuine Taiwanese bubble tea was introduced to Oregon in 2007 at the Chit Chat cafe' (owned by a wonderful Taiwanese family), formerly located on Portland State U campus. They just recently moved (because of lack of students during Covid-19) to 3390 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland, OR 97232, near Laurelhurst neighborhood--well worth the drive to get the most authentic bubble tea in Portland, along with good food, and super friendly service! I was there today, on Sandy Blvd., and enjoyed their salt-and-pepper chicken, and two of my favorite kinds of milk tea with boba!
