Namaste Indian Bazaar - Portland

This is a small yet well-stocked and organized store. They offer a wide variety of fresh herbs that are hard to find elsewhere in the city. The selection of tasty snacks and chutneys is impressive, and their takeout section features some truly appealing curries. I highly recommend trying their house-made chili salt. The staff is friendly and straightforward, making for a pleasant shopping experience.

I can't understand why this place isn't rated more highly! Namaste is the *best* Indian (and Polynesian) food market in the area. They offer delicious hot food, fantastic spices, a friendly staff, and an incredibly diverse range of ingredients.

Excellent store! They offer food products from all our favorite regions: the Polynesian Islands, India, Africa, and the Caribbean. The highlight is their delectable freshly cooked dishes available for purchase.

I've been quite a few times looking for spices and they are always out of what I want. Not my favorite place.

Good place to shop Asian food. Just make sure to check the expiration dates when you buy packeted spices and food that are imported.
