Pad Thai Kitchen - Portland

We wanted to revisit the Pad Thai Kitchen for lunch yesterday with a friend, as it had been many years since we last dined there since we no longer live nearby. It had been about 14 years since our last visit. We enjoyed the lovely weather by sitting outside and each started with a Singha beer. I ordered the veggie stir-fry with tofu, while my partner chose the Pad Sew Woon with mixed vegetables, and our friend opted for the Happy Lemongrass Chicken. The food and drinks were excellent, just as we remembered. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. We're so glad we decided to return. The outdoor seating was comfortable and inviting. I had the veggie stir-fry with tofu, my partner chose the pad see ew with mixed vegetables, and our friend went for the happy lemongrass chicken. The food and drinks were as excellent as always. My daughter and I enjoyed shrimp spring rolls, shrimp pad Thai, and mango sticky rice, accompanied by Thai iced tea, and everything was absolutely delicious. The shrimp in the pad Thai was cooked to perfection as well. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable. I highly recommend this place! Food: 5/5

This time, the Pad See Ew was quite dry, whereas it had been delicious in the past. I think I’ll order from a different place for Pad See Ew next time.
