Rollin Fresh Sushiritos And Poke' Madison

Order En Fuego and Chicken Katsu Musubi. Both tasted fine, but the sauce they use is like a mixture between Teriyaki and Gyoza sauce. Too sweet for me. I was surprised that the spicy dish had contained the sweet sauce. The Katsu was also a rock-hard chicken between Calroserei. Not sure if the rice was seasoned at all.

Let me start by saying this place has excellent customer service and very friendly and helpful staff. I had the city of roses half and half poke bowl (half sushi rice and half spring mix). It was very bland for $14.00. Did not have enough flavor for what I?m used to in a poke bowl style dish. Would come back to try other items.

Absolutely awesome and run by pretty chill people! We ended up coming back for Bing Mi and I was sideswiped by how nice the Rollin Fresh trailer looked. The menu has tons of options which I'll include in my photos. I had the En Fuego as a sushi burrito which was the bomb.com. The fish was delicious as were all the accoutrements. The dish itself was smaller than I thought but even as such was good value. They didnt have a great selection of drinks so I had to go to another truck for that. Overall, I'll come back! Edit: changing my review to the five stars it deserves. I thought about it all day and through the night and it was the second thing I wanted to after my head popped off the pillow. The top sushi burrito spot in Portland.

Absolutely incredible sushi burritos filled fully with meat and goodies. No skimping out on any of the good stuff, these artists know how to make one killer meal. The bonus? It comes with two of what you see in the photo. The sushi burrito did not fall apart until the very end, but at that point I could stick the rest of it in my mouth so it wasn 't ever a problem! Staff is always polite and quick, and never rude. A roll so delicious (I got the Hoke Poke I haven 't stop thinking about it even days after consumption. I can literally still taste it. You will find only quality here at Rollin Fresh, and if you haven 't tried it yet, you are, in fact, missing out heavily. I will be coming back, and I highly recommend this restaurant.
