Roma Coliseum - Portland

On my most recent visit, I retrieved my pizza only to be informed that the kitchen had misplaced my order tag for the tater tots. They told me it would just take 8 minutes. However, I ended up waiting 15 minutes, and when I asked, the employee said nobody had informed her that the tater tots were ready and they had just been sitting there. Honestly, if the service had been better, I might have considered returning for pizza in the future, but this experience has left me disinclined to come back.

I had a terrible experience with the service today from a guy with red hair wearing a hat. I asked him if he could order a drink from the bar while I was on the restaurant side, and he told me he couldn't do that. I explained that I've been coming here for years without any problems, so I wondered what was different today. He mentioned something about computer issues. I was understandably frustrated, but he took it personally and even said he could refuse service to me. People like him really need to improve their customer service skills and avoid being rude. We won't be leaving a tip.

While they are currently understaffed, the team is working hard to keep things running smoothly! Each time I visit, I enjoy a delicious pizza, salad, and drink. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming in my experience. It's a fantastic pizza place in Portland!

02/02/2022: 4.75 out of 5 It 's the Year of the Tiger, so we celebrate the Lunar New Year in the last several days with so much Asian foods. I needed a break. ???? So, obviously the best go to food that you just can 't go wrong with is pizza,right? So, after my Wednesday Running Group, we went to what we know what is good, Pizza Roma in Woodstock. Masks are requiredwhich is expected, but this establishment isn 't partaking in any of the Social Discrimination Policies that some restaurantowners/management are choosing to do. Seemed like today the staff was doing some cleaning, but we were still welcomed to comein, order, and dine in with pizza and beer. Although there were some new faces to me, the staff were friendly, attentive, quickand responsive, which just adds to a relaxing and enjoyable meal. Admittedly, I saw a few new items on the menu that I findintriguing, so I will have to come and try some the hot hoagies that now have. All in all, at the end of any meal I often willask, Would you come back? Of course it 's quite obvious, I keep coming back to Pizza Roma. Most likely since the staff aregreat, the food and drinks are tasty, and the establishment doesn 't partake in any form of discrimination. So, if you ever geta chance, definitely try it once and decide for yourself. Enjoy! 02/23/20: 4.5 out of 5 One of the favorites go to locales with my Wednesday night run group for pizza by the slice and cold beer. Came here today on a Sunday. This is a greatlocal place in Woodstock that has great pizza selections, as well as other menu items, ample seating, friendly service and cleanbathrooms (you all know a clean bathroom makes a huge difference). If you ever get a chance, try the Shroom! It isfantastically delicious. Definitely worth a try once and decide for yourself. I know I 'll be going back for more. Enjoy!

Sad.... sad, sad, sad pizza : ' . The service was alright. They got our toppings right, which was good, but the pizza itself took a little long. Plus the toppings were scattered as if no real care was put into the pizza. That 's why sad pizza. Paid $34dollars just to get a sad pizza. I think $15 dollars would have been acceptable. I know the COVID stuff is hard on us all, butpizza is supposed to be happy to eat, comfort food, not sad. The breadsticks were giving to soon before the pizza and shouldhave been giving with or after due to temperature of cheese. I hope the future pizzas from PizzaRoma can find more happiness tobring to every piece of pizza bite to future costumers. Just so sad......
