I dig this place, dig the staff and dig the owners!
Whenever I visit Portland, I'll make sure that I lock up some time in the Star Bar, even though I find myself there anyway. It is always full of character and good times. Go here if you want to get crazy.
Good atmosphere, just once been here, but I would definitely come back
