Reitoria - Porto

Very good experience. we went to reitoria especially for the matured meat and it was in the did a very good meal of the service was perfect. the dame in the 1st floor service is very professional and a very nice person that I woul just reduce the music sound a bit. I think it's too loud, but it's a very personal opinion thank you.

Very nice place in the center of the city. great eating, beautiful interieur, nice people. I recommend this place, especially for a night outside!

We stopped here for lunch to have their focaccia. I am Italian so I know what a focaccia is and unfortunately they are not there yet. We tried the one with portobello mushrooms and it was bland and really tasted bland, we also tried the club sandwich focaccia but there was so much mayo that overpowered everything else. The grilled mushrooms I advise the cook to try them and see if they really need to stay in the menu. The flavors did non complement each other and we did not enjoy them at all. We loved the padron peppers but 6 euros for about 10-12 small peppers I think it was excessive. It is a nice idea but I think they need to work on some improvements. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The food was fine. Nothing extraordinary. I could have eaten the same meal at a mid-range restaurant at home. The risotto was good and the steak was cooked fine. The rice with Iberian sausage had no taste and the ratatouille was barely better. The wine was quite good.

The place itself is cozy and the waitress was friendly, but the coffee and lemonade were quite bad. We also had Parma focaccia which was 3/5. Some meals are not available between 15:00-19:30.
