First, i want to mention that in terms of visuals and presentation: this restaurant did an excellent job with the unique story and gadgets used to present the food. The service was fine, i just feel like the waiter was disappointed when I decided to not take either the wine pairing nor the water pairing. Finally the food was relatively underwhelming. I personally especially did not enjoy at all the acidic soup infused in grape seed. This indeed was “cooking outside the box”, but i dont think this is a good combination personally. Very satisfied with the presentation of the food and the wine accompaniment. Very imaginative service and food. Here you feel like a king, as they spoil your eyes and taste buds. The chef is a true artist in the kitchen and very friendly and approachable!
