Chanello's Pizza - Portsmouth

We ordered five pizzas to feed everyone who was helping us move, and unfortunately, all of them were burnt. When we called to address the issue, the person on the phone insisted that they weren’t burnt because he had made them himself. Instead of offering to make new pizzas or at least refund us, he insisted that we return the burnt ones. I doubt we'll choose Challeno's Pizza again.

It's so rare to be pleasantly surprised, but I was thrilled with my experience here. The pizza was served hot, and the manager and staff were attentive and professional. The restaurant was clean, and everyone wore masks and gloves. Service was fast, efficient, and budget-friendly! I ordered the EBA (Everything But Anchovies) along with a side of sausage raviolis (which are not pictured) – they were decent. Overall, it's hard to beat the value for just $13!

I’ve been disappointed with my last three deliveries. It’s really unfortunate since this is one of my favorite pizza places. Each of the last three orders I received was incorrect, and it's not that difficult to match the name with the order and get it right.

I've attempted to order delivery three times recently, but each time they didn't have a driver available. It's disappointing that I can't even get a simple pizza delivered.

The food is consistently hot and fresh. Dining in the back adds a nice touch, and the pizza is always excellent. They even offer complimentary items, which are greatly appreciated, especially considering how busy they are. It's evident they value their customers.
