Chick-fil-a - Portsmouth

The chicken sandwich, fries, and lemonade are absolutely delicious!

When my food arrived, it was cold, as if it had been left out for a while, rather than hot or even warm. The fries, despite being cold, didn't taste fresh at all; they were somewhat stale. The sandwich was only warm in the middle, and compared to the rest of my meal, it was just passable, along with the drink.

Everything was perfect and exactly as we ordered—nothing was missing! Great job!

Terrible Chick-Fil-A Experience! During my recent visit to the city, I encountered abysmal customer service (Austin, please improve your communication with customers). The food was also quite unappetizing (see attached picture). The negative stories I've heard about Portsmouth are unfortunately accurate—only in Portsmouth would you come across such a disappointing Chick-Fil-A. I have a large YouTube channel, and I will be sure to highlight this unfortunate experience in my upcoming “Visiting Coastal Virginia” video. I hope you can improve in the future.

They are always bustling with customers, but they truly excel at what they do! My food is consistently served fresh and on point. The management is great as well. I hope they can expand to a larger space soon—it's time for an upgrade!
