Kfc - Portsmouth

No fries, and no receipt. Had to wait for them to bring it out, apparently everyone did. Not the first time they've screwed it up. Rarely get anything here, looks like that will remain the case. Also, no answer on the phone.

Came at 1100 and no one answered. Said hello 3 times then they said they weren?t open but time posted says 1100. Don?t post an open time if you?re not gonna be open by then or I?m sure you guys get paid to start earlier than opening time if not, you should probably do that. Customer service is trash. I hate how unprofessional people are in Virginia fast food.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere, and overall it's a nice place to visit. However, they could improve their speed with DoorDash orders and drive-thru service. Other than that, this KFC is pretty good.

We were staying at a hotel nearby and were looking for dinner around 8 PM. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed that we would have to use the drive-through, but we didn’t have a car since we were walking with our dog. When we reached the drive-through window, they refused to serve us. The attendant didn't even speak to us; she simply shut the window and turned her back.

Nashville hot tenders. It seems like there's no sauce at all, just fryer grease. Quite unappetizing. How can they not drain the product and properly toss it in sauce?
