Best Frozen Custard I have ever had!!! Great Place!!!

I have always had great service here. I take my son here during the warm months and we get custard almost every week. The kids cup is just the right size, and they have no problem selling it to adults who just want a little custard too! The prices are very cheap, and the quality of the custard is outstanding. They even served custard through the 'egg crisis ' last year (2015) without raising their prices (at least, I didn 't notice a change in price) which is amazing because most places just stopped serving eggs altogether.

Oh goodness!!!! I crave this custard about every other week. So after dinner my husband and I make the drive from Churchland to get our fix. The twist cone does the trick but every once in a while I get the chocolate concrete with peanut butter. Oh so good!

The RUDEST customer service ever. They lack active listening skills, comprehension, and respect. On top of dealing with the rude staff the custard was not good. I could’ve had better from a fast food or any other place in the world. Do not recommend because it is not like it used to be. Will never go again!

Unfortunately Pamela's review is correct Rick's customer service has tanked.My family and I have been coming here for nearly 20 years. I ordered a super sundae and the staff member mistakenly heard a sundae and charged for an additional topping. This meant I got half of the portion for nearly the exact same price of what I actually ordered. When I asked them to remake it to what I asked for, they said there was nothing they could do and there were no refunds or exchanges. Bottom line, they only care about money here.
